Well, it's here! My second weekly blog post. Hopefully I don't disappear for who knows how long again. Anyways, this week has kinda been a rollercoaster of turmoil and being a fine week. Do not and I repeat DO NOT STUDY LAST MINUTE. This seems like a no brainer but seriously, I messed up real bad after having wasted a whole week of not studying and had to cram as much studying as I could in one day, especially when i had 2 back to back exams on 2 different days. Thankfully though, I got a 99% on one of the exams but I'm still scared about the other since I haven't gotten the score for that one yet.

Other than that, week's been pretty good. Highlights being going to a japanese super market with my mom and buying some ingredients to make some japanese dishes. Dishes I cooked with my mom where: Unadon, Miso Soup, Onigiri with tuna filling, and Sukiyaki Beef Bowl.

All where really good, especially the Unadon because I just friggin love eel so much! Has to be one of my favorite seafood items of all time. Although I will say, I think I undercooked the Sukiyaki Beef. But I mean I suppose that's a lessoned learn, next time I'll get it right!

Can I just say how much I LOVE japanese cuisine? Listen. I may come from hispanic descent but, I can't get enough of japanese food. From ramen, to tonkatsu, to udon, to tempura, it's all so good and I want to have so much more japanese dishes. Oh! What I want to cook next is Omurice! I've always wanted to try Omurice it looks really good! Oh man, I just remembered about this ramen place me n my dad go to. That place has a ramen dish that contains pork and veggies and everything glazed with a thick and delicous oyster sauce. Dang, now I want to go their and order it again (º﹃º)

In other news, I started doing the omega raids in FFXIV with 2 of my friends and it has been fun so far. Dude I got to fight the phantom train from FFVI, this game might be peak.

I also started playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate with one of my friends I was playing FFXIV with and I've been liking it so far. Gotta say I kinda like the visuals for this game. Kinda impressive they were able to produce somewhat good looking graphics on a 3DS. I have a soft spot for 3DS graphics for some reason, there's a certian charm to it.
